Getting back to work

I'm trying to figure out the best way to spend every dollar of a voucher I received due to my disability. Do I spend the voucher at a school who will retrain me or do I let Dept. of Rehabilitation purchase me a computer and then retrain me to do whatever i choose to do. I'm in school and now need to get back in the work field.
